I, Herman Robinson, am a 34-year retired Master Patrolman/Detective with the City of Pittsburgh Bureau of Police and a Certified Polygraph Examiner for over seven years. As a polygraph examiner, I have conducted criminal examinations for the Major Crime Unit investigations, which includes but not limited to Homicides, Sex Assaults, Burglary. Also, I have conducted pre-employment polygraph examinations for the Pittsburgh Bureau of Public Safety and Human Resource Departments, and as well for private businesses and individuals.

My training includes the Academy of Scientific Investigative Training in Philadelphia Pa., which I received an certification as a Certified Forensic Law Enforcement Polygraph Examiner, Post-Conviction Sexual Offenders Testing, and an Advanced Senior Polygraph Examiner. I am currently an associate member of the American Polygraph Association (APA), a full member of the American Association of Police Polygraphs (AAPP), and the Mid-Atlantic Police Polygraph Cooperative (MAPPC).
